CG Questions: The Great Commandment

1. What does it look like to love God with your heart? With your mind? With your soul? With your strength?

2. Refer to the list of “How to’s” in the sermon notes. Which of those are you doing well? Which of those can you do better? Are there other ways that you can practically love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength?

3. What are some of your favorite ways to spend time with God?

4. Who is your neighbor? Do you have someone that you have been praying for, caring for, and/or reaching out to?

5. How can you be concerned about your neighbor in the ways that you are concerned about yourself?

6. Spend some time as a group praising and thanking God for forgiving us when we fail to love God and love our neighbor and praying that the Holy Spirit would enable us to love God and neighbor better.
